The Directors are here to answer any questions you may have and to make preparations as smooth as it can be. Contact Sam Connell for any questions or concerns you have. Remember, many of the things you need to do to prepare for the trip, fall on you but if you are unsure of how to proceed reach out to them.

Another way to ask questions is to post it on the project's Facebook page. There is a public page and also a closed group that you will get added to once you are officially a part of the project. There are plenty of staff members who have participated on the project before who can offer help or suggestions.
